Mothers' Day...a little early

Dads, that bouquet of flowers for Mothers' Day (subtle male alert: THIS SUNDAY IS MOTHERS' DAY) is rather empty, if you don't strive to serve your wife throughout the year. It's a hard task (in our fallen state), but by the grace of God, we can faithfully serve.

The following post Modesty: A Word to Fathers examines one way we can serve our family. If you think the article is an exhortation to quit wearing that speedo around the house, CJ has a much stronger exhortation than that:
Dads, I want to urge you to take responsibility for your daughters’ dress. Fathers are absolutely essential to the cultivation of modesty. When a young lady dresses immodestly, it usually means her father has failed to lead, care for and protect her. Without a father’s care and protection, she may be daily exposed to the lustful minds of men.
(That's only the opening paragraph!)

Dads, I encourage you to read the article, apply the exhortation...and while you're at it, lose the speedo too.
